April signed up for WorkStep and was hired as a Machine Operator at Reser’s Fine Foodsin November 2017. She’s previously worked at Panera Bread and Ebox.
What were you looking for in a new job?
I wanted to move to be closer to friends, so location was important. I’m kind of a workaholic, so I was looking for something around 60 hours a week.
How difficult was the job search?
Reser’s was actually the first job I applied to when I started my job search, and I was offered an interview the next day. WorkStep made the job search really easy!
How do you like this job?
It’s great. I actually interviewed for the Forklift Operator role but they offered me the Machine Operator role. That made me very happy! There’s opportunity for growth at Reser’s, and now I just want to become the best at what I’m doing so I can take advantage of that.
